ALL of the following are REQUIRED to start the application process:

1. Completion of the Rental Application. Download Application
2. Copy of Driver’s License for each prospective adult resident.
3. All applications must be signed by all adult applicants.
4. Must Provide Email for each New Applicant
5. Deliver all items above to the office mail slot located in the mail room opposite the mail boxes, or mail to Olympia Garden Apts, 304 Sutton Way – Office, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
